We are seeking a determined, self-motivated, persuasive, honest, hard working person who has elite people skills to join our team as a remodeling consultant. If you have a passion for exteriors, love meeting with people, and work well in a performance based environment, we'd love to talk to you!

At Erdmann Exterior Designs, we offer a 10 week paid training period, all of the leads you will need, and uncapped earning potential once you get going. You will also be provided a company phone, computer, as well as mileage reimbursement to help you through the process to go with our benefits package we have available.

An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Some sales experience
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Industry experience is a plus but not necessary
  • A clean driving record and valid license with a working vehicle and insurance

Things you will not be expected to do:

  • Climb on roofs
  • Knock on strangers doors
  • Run leads 7 days a week

Requirements:

  • Post High School Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
  • Sales Experience - 3 – 5 years of high impact /outside sales experience.
  • Sales Hunter – The position is built for someone who possesses a hunter mentality with a strategic approach and is eager to progressively pursue advancement within the organization through achieved performance.
  • Consultative Approach – Must be able to uncover needs by asking the right questions and providing consultative solutions.
