Customer Experience Specialist
Emily is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Sales. After completing her studies, she was thrilled to have the opportunity to join Erdmann in April of 2023.
Before joining Erdmann, Emily gained a year of experience working in the construction and design industry, which gave her a deep appreciation for the hard work and creativity that goes into making a successful project come to life. She is eager to continue working in this exciting industry and contribute to the team’s efforts in delivering exceptional results.
One of her key goals in this role is to increase morale within the company and build strong relationships with our clients. As such, she is committed to working collaboratively with her colleagues and clients to foster an environment of mutual respect, trust, and success.
