Exterior Remodel in Arlington Heights, IL

Project Photos

Our team at Erdmann Exteriors is proud to be able to showcase this recent remodel our team completed in Arlington Heights, IL. These homeowners reached out to our team ready to completely remodel the exterior of their home. They wanted to update everything from their siding, to their fascia & soffit boards, to their gutter system, and even build a new portico & porch for the front of their home. Of course, our team was happy to be able to assist with this project, and we got right to work on the remodel!

The first thing we had to do upon accepting the project was meet with the homeowners to discuss their goals for this remodel, and the materials they wanted to use. The most important decision to be made was certainly which siding to use, as choosing the right material can make or break your home’s curb appeal. For this remodel, these homeowners chose to use beautiful new James Hardie Fiber Cement siding in a shade known as Iron Gray. We complimented the beautiful shade of Hardieplank with Arctic White trim, which truly brought cohesion to the aesthetic of the home’s exterior. In addition to the siding installation, the other major component of this remodel was the portico & front porch, which provided these homeowners with a space in which to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from the comfort of their home! With plenty of seating space and protection from the rain, these homeowners can enjoy this space almost year-round!
