Full Exterior Remodel in Downers Grove, IL

Project Photos

The Erdmann Exteriors team is back with another remodel that our team recently completed in Downer’s Grove. While some of our projects only entail replacing a residence’s siding, or building a new deck, these homeowners were in need of a wide array of home remodeling services, from new fascia & soffit boards, to a garage door, a new gutter system, a finished ceiling for the front porch, and of course, replacement siding to bring the exterior of the home together! With such an extensive list of remodeling needs to cover, our team first needed to meet with the homeowners to discuss the best option for each facet of the project!

The process of choosing materials for the remodel took a bit of time, but we decided on some truly fantastic options for these homeowners remodeling needs! First off, the homeowners needed new garage doors, so we decided on new Coplay garage doors as the first piece of the project! Next up, we needed to choose the siding. The homeowners wanted a variety of siding material for their home’s exterior, so we ultimately decided on using Woodtone for the gables of the home, in combination with Hardie board & batten siding in Aged Pewter around the home’s exterior. Coupled with the new gutters, fascia & soffit boards, and porch ceiling, we were able to completely transform the exterior of this home, and the homeowners couldn’t have been happier with the updated aesthetic!
